INGREDIENTS:

Pinot Noir Gin 30ml
✓ Lemon juice 15ml
✓ Sugar syrup 20ml
✓ Prosecco 60ml
✓ Seedless red grapes

METHOD:

1. Add Pinot Noir Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to a coupette or flute glass.
2. Top with Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a single seedless red grape.
